Rich Text field in Potentials entries

Rich Text field in Potentials entries

Hi,

Potentials entries only have a plain text Description field.
I absolutely need a Rich Text field in my Potential entries. How can I get this?

I need a rich text field in Potential entries because I need to be able to bold/underline the important elements of the text. This is an essential feature for me. How can I achieve this with Zoho CRM?
