Ring Central issues with documenting calls
I'm reviewing ZOHO CRM on a trial basis to determine if this is the
right cloud-based solution for my company. One of the reasons we are
interested is because of its integration with Ring Central, the VOIP
phone system we use. However, it does not appear to be work very well.
We enabled Ring Central within the CRM and are logged in. We are able
to call out, but then when we end the call, the pop-up box with the
contact's name remains open with the timer still running as if the
call is still in progress. There is no way to close that box unless we
close the entire CRM system and relaunch it. Also, we've noticed
that not all calls are documented in the Contact record or anywhere else
that we can see. I know this is still in Beta, so not sure if these are
bugs that are being worked out or if anyone else is having these
problems. This is a major component of our decision process on ZOHO.
