Hi, with Zoho we have a phone integration with Ringcentral. In the activity log we can see all conversation made with Ringcentral. Also Ringcentral records the conversations. However, these recordings do appear in the environment of Ringcentral itself but not in Zoho. Is there any way I can enable this?
