RingCentral Zoho integration problem with Softphone
Anyone get RingCentral Zoho integration to work with the Soft Phone Desktop for Mac?
When I click on the call button in Zoho it rings my hard polycom desk phone, which is great when I'm in the office. When I'm home I try to use the softphone for the same integration, but I can't get the soft phone to ring.
I turned off the desk phone entirely on the back end, and just have the softphone on. I still can't get Zoho to ring the softphone via the integration.
Anyone get this to work?
