Role/Permission Help

Having a challenge getting my roles and so forth correct.

Would someone review the attached and offer me some advice.

My main challenge is getting the Regional Managers to see their own and their subordinates permissions to where they can see their sales channel.

I would appreciate some guidance on the topic. I may need to upgrade, but any help is appreciated.
