Role Permissions

I'm trying to create a role with the following permisions: Edit/Delet/Create their own entities; but read only for other people's entities - except that they must be able to create activities associated with leads/accounts/potentials/contacts owned by others.

We need this to be able to use a "team approach" to sales and account management
