Roles: View other user's records - Select Edit or Delete

I would like a sales team to be able to see each other's records without having full edit/delete permission for the records.

I would like the Entity Level Permissions to enable me to select Create, Edit, Delete AND View. This would eliminate the need for the Data Level Permissions option of Everyone can Edit/View all users data.

I would also like to set Field Level permissions for View and Edit. I want every user in a specific Role to view all other user's records. I do not want them to be able to Edit most of the fields of a record owned by another User. However, I do want them to be able to add notes.

I have other staff members from different departments that need to edit certain fields, but I don't want them to see some of the other fields. Especially in the Potentials module where pricing information is.
