Rolling out the 'UNDO-REDO' buttons, the most awaited feature in template editor

Hope you're all staying well and happy!

We, at Zoho Campaigns, have been making a lot of critical improvements to our product, and the 'UNDO' and 'REDO' option in our campaign template editor is one of the much awaited options.

The template editor that allowed you to check version histories will additionally support "UNDO" and "REDO" options henceforth. If you do not like the edits you made, you will have to hit the "UNDO" button to revert your edits. For example, if you want to try a different image in your email template, you could upload the image and if you feel the previous image worked better, you could simply undo the changes.

Q1. Is it applicable for all the components in the template editor?

A1. Yes, it can be used to undo and redo all components of our template editor.

Q2. Do you support shortcuts for undo?

A2. Yes, we support keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+Z for UNDO and Ctrl+Y for REDO) for MAC and Windows.

Q3. Is there a limit on the number of levels of undo and redo?

Q3. No, there's no limit. You can use this feature until you save and close your email template.

Q4. Is it available for all plans?

A4. Yes, the feature is available for all users of Zoho Campaigns.
