I have two LEADS data bases. Call them 1 and 2.

"1" has all the updated information I need.

"2" has all the same names but not the updates and each database has a different distinct name.

When I try to delete "2", it deletes "1" as well.

I have followed the directions and suggestions from ZOHO and I must be missing something. Ideas?
