Round Robin for Automated Task Assignment
Using a Custom Function, users can be assigned to records via Round Robin and also a similar custom fucntion can be set up for the purpose of assigning tasks to users in a round robin. I wanted to share here in PartnerSpeak a good use case of this from a recent client post which also has the instructions on how to set up this Custom Function:
