RSS Feeds from CRM
Hi,
It would be great if I could view RSS feeds from the CRM. Similar to basecamp's rss feed feature (though thats not a CRM)
So, I can be notified whenever my sales team adds an account, a lead, or does something.
salesforce didnt have this either to my dismay. :(
