Is it possible to use RTF in notes for leads or contacts, or in task descriptions/notes? I like to use bullet points to summarize my notes and doesn't seem like I can do so in Zoho (although ironically this forum has plenty of formatting options!).
Also, is it possible to insert links in notes or descriptions? I often take my notes in Evernote and would like to link to them. In fact, is there any Evernote integration available in Zoho?
