RTL languages support
Hi!
After trying many free and evaluation versions, I'm started to use a ZohoCRM and I really like it! But the only thing is disturbing me: non-latin languages support.
I'm typing on Hebrew. As I can see, a db is based on unicode, so there is almost no problem to type and to read saved cases etc. But when I'm trying to search - I'm getting an unresolved signs on the screen instead hebrew and, of course, there are no search results.
So, my question is:
Can I change this situation? Is it possible to switch something/change something to fix this problem?
And another question. Right now I'm working alone with free (up to 3 users) version and English suite is good enough for me. But it's possible that in near future a company will need more licenses (and my boss is ready to pay
), but we'll want to localize the suite to Hebrew. Is there any instruments to create localized version? Of course, if I'll succeed to translate it, I'm ready to share the translation with you.
