We send samples to prospects and customers so I want to create a rule that creates a task to follow-up in 7 days time with every customer or prospect and every time they have a sample (customers can receive multiple samples over time).
Can I use a pick list or multiple choice check box and EVERY TIME it is updated the rule is triggered? The options could be 'Sample 1, 'Sample 2', 'Sample 3' etc.
