We are using the Enterprise Edition of Zoho. We need to perform a custom set of action for a particular contact baed on the account they are associated with. We started down the path of using Rules but have found the limitation of the Enterprise edition supports only 20 rules. So based on our understanding of how Zoho works this would limit us to 20 accounts ( 20 custom rules ). Even if we upgrade, the next limitation is 50 which is still to limiting for us.

When we enter in a new contact and associate with an account we want Zoho to perform a set of custom actions. Each of our accounts require a different set of actions.
