run a macro on more than 100 contacts at a time

i have a macro that changes a field from t/f I want to run it on a list. as it looks now I can only run this on up to 100 records at a time not on the 2400+ I want; so the work around is to repeat the macro 24 times that seems silly.
Can we have a mass update of a field with more than 100 records at a time?

PS we still never know if an email sent bounces back from the mass email function.
