We are trying to run an automated workflow based on two CRM Modules.

Deals - Custom Fields filed with data
Check-In: 01.01.2022
Check-Out: 01.01.2022
Location: Portugal

Products - Filed with data
Name: Product1
Price: €100

Workflow

Deal Data
Check-In Date is within (Date Range)
Check-Out Date is within (Date Range)
Location: Portugal

Products Data
Products: Product1

So basically, is it possible with a workflow and functions to do something like that? Saying give me all deals with associated products and send an automated email to these contacts.
