Running a Report for Sales totals with Two Account Names under one Potential

Hi there,

We are a real estate brokerage, and are trying to create a report for YTD sales totals for our agents (all agents are Accounts).  

Since many of our Agents work deals together, we generally create one Potential transaction for each address under the lead agent,  and put any partnering agents on that transaction via a lookup field (Ex: Co-op Agent 1).  We then record each agent's earnings within that transaction. 

While the lookup field shows the agent's name in the transaction and also in the subsection under that agent's account (Ex: Co-op Deals), we want to figure how to combine each agent's earnings as a lead agent and as a partner agent when we run the YTD sales totals report.  Please advise.
