Running reports with Parent Account gives an error

Running reports with Parent Account gives an error

I have been creating a simply report with just two criteria, Parent Account is/contains {name}, and Status is New.When I try to run this report I get an error screen telling me to inform Zoho. I did probably 5 or 6 times and this problem still has not been fixed. What is going on here? This is a crucial report for me and zoho is unreliable. Please fix this problem or show me a workaround solution. I want to generate a report that shows me all new cases with specific parent accounts, and right now Zoho is not letting me do this.
