Warning! Unverified sender from emails I trust

Hi there,

I receive emails from my family that are marked as

We could not verify that the email was actually from email@?????.co.uk. Be cautious when opening any links/ attachments, if any, in this email

How do I ensure these email are marked as safe. I can definitely prove they are ok but I do believe they are sent form Google Apps accounts.
