I make a lot of actual visits to customers and potential customers and want to record these, with a call cycle for monthly or bi monthly repeat visits. What is the best way to implement this? I have Accounts and Contacts set up, but how do I record that I have actually visited them? The Sales Call seems to be more about a phone call then an actual on site call.
