I am attempting to set up a report in Zoho where if a Sales person were to lower the probability of a sales in their pipeline, it would show on the report. I can't figure it out. I can, of course, create a lost sale report. But that is losing the sale altogether.
What I'm finding is that my Sales People are just backing down their percentages to keep their prospects from looking close to closing, but also not showing up on the lost sale report.
Any help would be appreciated!
