Sales forecasting (and potential tracking) for products with recurring billing?
Our product varies in price, but when we close a new client we bill monthly 5-50K for twelve months and then we "close" them again for another annual contract... I'm a very new user to ZOHO CRM but am not seeing a way to create a financial forecast that accurately reflects our business model. I'm sure it's a simple fix - any ideas anyone?
