SALES FUNNEL

I'm trying to design a report with Zoho Analytics Reports but in the funnel chart the only available data is from LEADS and POTENTIALS, why CONTACTS are not there? I need them as a stage in the sales pipeline. Otherwise your tool is not useful for me
