Zoho you need to fix a major issue

When using Sales Inbox and viewing unopened emails IF i click on the email that was sent to the person and is unopened it then shows as opened in sales signals.,. Meaning the opened email i viewed from me to them shows up in sales signal as opened by the recipient when in fact i opened it.

Surely this is not the first complaint re this.

This needs to be fixed immediately as its a false representation of the feature and service we are promised.

The below screen shot shows the emails were opened by the recipient when it was me viewing the email i sent them in sales inbox unopened items. 

All too often i get responses from ZOHO that feedback will be giving to thee dev team for nothing to change .

Please confirm this will be fixed
