I am finding that the very first line of my emails, usually a salutation, that go out from Sales Inbox will be Times New Roman and the rest of the email will be in my standard font (set to Verdana).
It does not look this when when composing, but I can see thru my email server Sent folder as well as seeing some test emails come in, this is happening from the recipient's perspective. So it would look something like:
John,
How are you today?
