Hi all, 

Each visitor has a unique number. Does this correlate to our CRM records or is Zoho creating this as the visitor arrives? I would really like to see who these "numbers" are and how we can reach out to them (many are not engaging in chat.. which is odd too.. so far Sales IQ has been more of a tracking tool than a comms tool)
