Sales order customization

I would like to be able to customize the sales order's product details.
1. To be able to add/search by product code
2. Additional comments/details underneath each product name.
3. To be able to have full product details shown on reports;to be able to have qty. of each product from each sales order shown.

That would be great for us because everything we have is made to order/handmade.
