Sales Order View Page - No more "Contact" data.

I am in the Sales Order View page (summary page showing all records) and ever since the mainenance the "Contact Name" column has been completely blank on all existing and new sales orders I create. Even though when I click on the order I see the Contact name added to the record, it still does not show in the view area. It also does not pick up the Contact name in my Inventory templates.

Why is this happening? I really need the column filled in with the names and I can't create reports by name either.
