How do you get the account name in sales order reports.  In my version the account name is missing from the list. 

I would like to see a report with account name, product name and code.

I've tried the following:

 

Linking Account to Salesorder:

When I link account to sales order and ask only for account name and sales order subject, I get a report. 

When I link account to sales order and and ask for above, plus individual product details, I get a frozen browser and have to back out. 

 

Please help.
