Hello,

How do folks handle this out there?

I have raw contacts that I call to see if there is interest in my company's services.   if there is no interest and no point in calling further,  are there fields built into Zoho to use to manage this?  Or what do people suggest?

I  don't start with leads.  I simply start with contacts.  when they are qualified, I will need to update them in some way.

I just turned on Zoho to trial. I like what I see. I'm not sure how to use Zoho to manage contacts through this flow.

How do others do this?

Would folks like to discuss?   From my point of view, nothing is more important with a CRM than tracking the qualification level of leads.
