Sales Process Simplification.

Hi All,

We as a business are new to Zoho CRM Plus.

Our sales process is a very simplistic one, whereby our opportunities are won / lost on the first interaction with the Potential.

As a result we do not want to go through the Leads > Contacts / Accounts > Opportunities process.  Rather we would like to simply capture the opportunity data in a "Sales" Module, and upon updating a status have this data passed to another module that we use to manage the ongoing day to day interaction with the client. (Email / SMS / reporting etc)

I know we can create a new Module (For example "Sales"), but how can that data be passed to another Module (For example Customers). 

We would then like to assign Users to Modules, (i.e so Sales staff only see sales and Support only see "Customers)?

Is there a simple way to achieve this?
