Hi, apologies if this seems basic, am new to Zoho.
I am wanting to be able to check how many meetings per day my reps do and how much their average order is.
EG, they have KPI's of:
3 meetings per day.
15 meetings per week.
following up all new leads entered by the office within 24 hours.
Average order per meeting of over $500.
Weekly Revenue of $7500.
Is it possible to either set a check list, or have a report that shows these things so i can review every friday with each rep?
