Sales Rep Gets email if admin enter's lead?

Hi I'm the admin of our CRM and i just enetered in a new LEAD for sales rep BOB.

Will bob get and email saying there is a new lead for him?

If so great

IF not how do we do this.. as then I have to email him and take more time to get this done..
