Hi I am hoping to make a weekly "performance number" for each sales rep, where their various activities would be worth points and then the total of all of their points for the week is displayed.
For example, maybe calls completed are worth 2 points, events scheduled are worth 5, and potentials closed won are worth 20.
How can I implement something into my Zoho CRM (enterprise edition) that will let me see the total of all of a sales rep's points? Some kind of view where I can see "Sales Rep A: 56 points, Sales Rep B: 71 points"?
So far I can only build single reports that give me a count of these actions, but I can't figure out how to assign different point values to them and then how to aggregate all of the point totals into one final number. Any help?
