In the latest version of the CRM Android app (v3.5.4), we have brought in support for an option to set preferred timezone from within the app on the move. You can do so by going on to CRM app settings > Timezone > Set preferred timezone.
When the device's timezone is changed, the app will display an alert about the change in device's timezone. In this alert, the reps can
either set that device's timezone as CRM Timezone or ignore that change. Also, when changes are made to the server time zone (crm.zoho.com), the same will be reflected in the CRM app immediately via meta sync.

the latest version of the CRM Android app
(v3.5.4), the MailMagnet/ Messages functionality now
supports the IMAP configuration as well (i.e when the email account is
configured via IMAP on the desktop site). To know more about MailMagnet feature please click here.
- We have also brought in support for In-App updates leveraging
Apptics library with 'Ignore', 'Remind me later', and 'Force' mode options. Please refer to the sample screenshot depicted below:
