Sales Reps cannot see Sales Order details.
I reported this 12 days ago and have not received a response yet. I have also emailed customer support and have not received a response other than to ask for a screen shot, which I did send. Please address this ASAP.
Our sales reps suddenly cannot view sales order details. All they see are the headings (#, part#, product description, etc.) but no part numbers or prices. Then they can see the grand total section at the bottom of the sales order. Users have to be marked as management in order to be able to see the sales order details, but I do not want sales reps to be management and have access to data of all other users. My sales reps need to be able to see the sales order details. How can we fix this?
