I have noticed that I am given updates on when my leads open an email, an email is delivered, etc... However, this does not always happen? Does anyone know why I am given updates only sometimes? Does it only give updates if I send the email directly through Zoho, or can it be integrated so if send directly through Outlook, I still get an update?
