The Sales Signal notification icon lights up all the time, but when I click on it, there are no notifications. See the attached image for example. 

I believe I'm getting a fake sales signal every time I receive an email from a contact in the system. Even though my Sales Signal settings say not to notify me of that event. 

Any idea why I'm still getting sales signals when I have none? Also, the "Feeds" section is blank as well. So the signals aren't coming from feeds either.
