Hi, team! It would be neat if on the mobile SalesIQ app, similar to its web counterpart, we could see the unobtrusive icons for social media channels for all chats. Now that I have multiple such channels (so cool!), it helps visually separate them, seeing who contacted me on IG, who sent a Messenger note, etc.

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we're glad to hear you're benifiting from the IM channels integration. 

Currently, the channel source is displayed inside the chat in the SalesIQ operator app, as shown in the reference below. If you're referring to having these icons visible in the chat listing, it is not supported yet.



However, if you're having trouble viewing the source within the chat, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look and assist you.
