Our new renovated app is a refined and powerful tool with a design of a modern-day application. Utilize the full potential of SalesIQ right on the mobile app to track, communicate, and sell on the go.

Advancements and updates with the user interface:

This app is completely re-designed to feel fluid and aesthetically pleasing, simultaneously making it simple and straightforward to use.

Enhanced Navigation:

Navigation is simplified to a greater extent by making all the essential elements with just a swipe or two away from the home screen. Perform follow-up actions with just a tap and access all the information you need with a few swipes without having to toggle between menus endlessly.

Operator status:

Change operator status right from your app's home screen without having to venture into settings.

Visitors information cards view:

Cards view acts as flashcards but with your visitors' data, which enables you to quickly grasp all essential details before you initiate a conversation. Also, you can simply swipe to see the details of another visitor without having to return to the visitor list to view the details of the next one.

Organized chat listing:

Ongoing, Missed, and past chats are now clearly distinguished to make your Chat view screen clutter free. Just swipe left or right to toggle between them. Chats attended by other operators and bots are also listed separately under the Main categories (Ongoing, Missed, and History). Operators can now have all their chats organized to assist your customers better.

Chat actions within the chat window:

Perform actions like sending out emails, assigning chats to other operators, converting chats as tickets, adding notes, and much more right from your chat window. Don't let a small screen limit your operators' performance, with the new iOS application they can provide uncompromising support on the go.

Expandable message input field:

Scrolling endlessly on a small viewport to review your message is tiresome and inefficient when it comes to customer support. With a fluid interface, expand the input field to get a clear view of the messages drafted and avoid careless mistakes in your responses.

Better organized data from your integrations:

Integrations play a big part in understanding customers. The new UI makes the data from the integrations easily understandable without spending much time on it. Access all the integration data like CRM data, Desk tickets, Emails, Campaigns, etc. Right from your chat window.

Absolute control over notifications:

The new update gives an extended ability to customize notification sounds. Enable, disable, and set different tones for new visitors, returning visitors, new chat requests, new messages in ongoing chat, transferred chats, etc. Thus, allowing operators to figure out the importance of notification without looking at the phone screens every time they get notified.

Native dark mode support:

The long-awaited dark mode support is here. Which helps to reduce eye strain and improve battery life.

Create portals right from your mobile application:

With the ability to create a portal right from your iOS application, you need not have to log into the desktop to create one.

Sign-in with Apple ID:

You can now use Apple ID to swiftly access your SalesIQ account in the iOS application.
