I have recently integrated SalesIQ chatbot to my website.
I have a few issues.
I dont want email address to be a mandatory field for the user. I have hence created a Zobot flow which doesnt ask the user for the email address at any point. However, when I see the Zobot in action on my website,
the bot asks the user for the email address.
There are two issues happening here -
1. The bot is forcing the user to enter email address even though that is not a part of the Zobot flow.
2. The name with which the user needs to be addressed with, is being asked twice by the bot (Although my Zobot flow is designed to ask the name once).

Where am I going wrong ?
