SalesIQ Live view <> Google Analytics Realtime
Hello I have recently implemented and tested out Zoho-SalesIQ with chat.
Strangely I notice that G Analytics is showing people on the site much more often than SalesIQ Live View. Put another way Liver View is not "seeing" many of the people on the site the way that G Analytics is.
As I write this, at this very instant, according to Analytics there are two people on the site on two different pages.
According to LiveView there is only 1, (fortunately showing on the same page as one of the Analytics ones so they must have seen the same person but the other one was invisible to LV)
Is anyone else experiencing this "delta" and how can it be fixed?
