SalesIQ livechat shows on some pages but not on others
Hi. I am an administrator at the site https://www.oncyberlink.com/
I am having difficulty with your Zoho SalesIQ plugin (Version 1.0.9) for Wordpress (5.4.1).
I have followed the instructions, pasted the embed code, etc. The livechat widget is working on the Home page, the Blog page (which displays posts), and the Our Team page, but it does not display on other pages of the site. When I view the page source in the inspector, I can see that the script has been successfully added into the body of both the pages it is displayed on, and the pages it does not display on. Nothing appears to be wrong with the script, it is identical to what I pasted into the plugin.
I have tried running the site in troubleshooting mode, but there is no change in behavior, so it seems unlikely to be due to another plugin or theme. Is there anything else that could prevent the livechat from working on some pages, but not on others?
I have also tried deleting and then reinstalling the app, and repasting the embed code. I have cleared the cache after each of my attempts to rectify this problem. But no matter what I do, the outcome remains the same.
I have not attempted to paste the code manually in each page by accessing it via ftp, but I think this is unlikely to work, given that the script appears to already be present in the body of the page, but is hidden for some reason.
