salesiq sticker issue, not sharp

salesiq sticker issue, not sharp

We are using a custom sticker but it's not sharp because it's a bitmap file, png or jpg. Why can't we use svg file which is very sharp as it's a vector format? is there another option? please allow customers to use vector graphics
