We have been using SalesIQ and Zoho Campaigns for several years, however, we have just started to experiment with using Forms in Campaigns to add subscribers to lists.
We have a landing page on our website and on the landing page we have added the code provided by Campaigns to add a sign up form.
When a user completes the form and gets added to the list in Campaigns, the user's email doesn't appear to be picked up by SalesIQ. So it's not easy for us to track that user's journey through the website.
Are we doing something wrong?
Previously, we used Contact form 7 and then pushed the subscribers through to Campaigns using Zoho Flow. This always worked fine. The only thing we have changed is to use the form from Campaigns.
Should we go back to the old way?
