Salutation Field

Salutation is amongst my contact field list, however it does not show in my "Edit page layout" neither it is accessible when I create an email template.

Since I am a paying subscriber, I called the tech support and got the answer that no one was available. I messaged callback@zohocorp.com 1 hour 30 minutes ago. This level of support is unnacceptable for a business use.
