Same customization for all users in Free edition

Same customization for all users in Free edition

Hia,

I just started to try the Free version.  And it's looking good so far. 

I finished everything I wanted to finish (changing and adding fields and stuff).   Now, I'm thinking to add my collegue into the system. 

I can't seem to find a possibility to copy my settings (eg leads with all the added fields and sections) to his account.  Am I doing something wrong?  I don't see any "copy to all employees" or something ...
