Same problem again - preview fine, but actual message format is not right
I have now been caller number one on the phone for the second time today totalling about 40 minutes. Do you actually have phone support?
I am creating a message from a cloned template. It lloks good in previews, but the message tests lose formatting.
This sucks.
And it has happened before. I can't even look at the HTML for the entire campaign to try and fix it.
