SAML Single Sign-on for Help Center

Hi,

can I use saml sso for help center without  identity provider (IdP), such as generating  auth_token, then saving the auth_token on my website to use as login token to help center?

is it possible for users/customers (not internal users) to sign up/sign in automatically?
